This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Verbarise.

By purchasing a service, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and personalised services, refunds are limited. Time, preparation, and availability are reserved upon booking.

2. Coaching Sessions

Cancellations (24+ hours notice)

  • You may reschedule or request a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your session.

  • Refunds in this case may be issued in full or offered as credit for a future session.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours)

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • We may offer rescheduling at our discretion

Missed Sessions (No-show)

  • No refund will be provided

3. Session Packages

For multi-session packages:

  • Refunds are only available for unused sessions

  • Any sessions already used will be charged at the standard single-session rate

  • The remaining balance (if any) may be refunded or credited

4. Writing / Manuscript Review Services

Due to the time involved:

  • Once work has started, refunds are not available

  • If a cancellation is requested before work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

In exceptional cases, we may:

  • Offer partial refunds

  • Provide rescheduling options

This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
